Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the images.
Also included in this recent image release is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing different sections of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
